Revell 1966 Chevy Fleetside Pickup Model Build

Building a 1966 Chevy Fleetside pickup. I used all testors paint for this build except for a little aluminum paint I had lying around. I was impressed with how nicely everything fit together. Testors Model glue. Just a little dab is all you need. Good luck!

Did you have any problems getting the cab to sit low enough? On mine I had the hardest time getting the bed and cab to sit level with each other.

Yes, it did not fit perfectly. You can kind of see where the front of the bed was slightly higher. Other than that, it was one of my favorite builds so far. Thanks for watching!

Hey Don, yes I know it goes fast. I speed it up to try to get as much as the build on tape as possible. What you can do is when watching the video, if you click on the three dots in the upper right hand side if on your phone, and select playback speed. Slow it down to .25x. That’s usually slow enough to see what I’m doing. You may also want to mute it since the music will go slower. what is the glue do you use on this build thank you

I use Testor's cements. I use the one in the red tube for very small parts, but I will also use the liquid with the brush. This gets me into spots I want to hide glue marks. I hold for 20 seconds and that seems to do it for me. Thanks for watching!
