Great paint work once again, and the modification on the bonnet was brilliantly done.

Add 2 turbochargers with cone air filters to the holes in the hood :D That would look so sick!

I have a good question. What's the name of the thing that holds the model while you're painting it? Also, where can I find it? I'm kind of a beginner. I haven't painted one in years and I'm trying to get back into it. Where do you buy your paint from. Hopefully I'm not asking to many questions. Thank you in advance. I love your page!

Hi Tom, have u ever had an issue with this primer peeling or coming out really dry? I've recently used it and along a few panel lines it has dried and cracked and larger areas are very rough where it's come out really dry?
@TheScalemodelingChannel7 жыл бұрын
Dan Kemp i have yes. This is causes by it being not mixed well enough, and the application to thick quick and wet. If its grainy thin it a tiny tiny bit more

The Scalemodeling Channel thanks. I've had the bottle for a while now and thought I gave it a good shake up a good few times. A new bottle may be required. Keep up the great work. Love your videos

I'm really new to the model world... (I have a h0 railway, but this is something new) Is this model good for just building, like straight out of the box without any extras? (Covette C2 Model Basic Kit with these starter stuff, 3 paints and a brush and glue ofc)

I wish revell would do a glue kit of a 63

What styrene thickness did you use for the louvers?

What was the ginding tool you use? Doesn't look like a Dremel.

I am watching this now as I am considering buying this kit, and having looked on the internet at the real car the rear bumpers were mounted on raised portions of the bodywork and the hood vents were as per the stickers; they were a flat metal grille nicknamed 'cookie sheets'. Sorry!
