I'm still really sad about them killing Daniel. In the end he might have had some rough edges, but he was a good person despite his parents. You have to feel bad for Charlotte. He entire family and her boyfriend all died within a matter of years. It has to be hard to not blame Emily/Amanda.

i mean charlotte could have let amanda died but opted to save her by suggesting taking her dead mother's heart by some coincidence that matched with amanda's body....amanda hated victoria for ruining her life,what could have been more of a sweet revenge than having her dead mother's heart who amanda hated so much transplanted into her body...in the end she got her revenge..

Very well done, perfect ending for the story of David Clarke. A kind soul who had to lived a life full of hardship, lies and no doubt, betrayal... And in his final days he puts himself in harms way yet again to make sure his daughter can live the life she had always wanted. Then he passes quietly and peacefully, happy with his daughter, back at where it all started, able to express his love to his daughter one last time.. Gonna miss this series, had a great adventure with it

I know some people hated this show once he came back, but personally I'm glad he did. She got to say goodbye under better circumstances this time (before they thought he died the first time, Amanda was brainwashed into thinking he was guilty and hated him for years because of it).

All I wanna say is David dies in peace. He's finally reunited with his daughter but at least they love would be infinity times infinity. And I'm glad Charlotte back for good and she's finally become a normal girl and more mature. Remember when her mother was alive, she was a spoiled brat and immature? That means the rehab is working for her.

Also, this is a poetic justice. In the beginning, Amanda / Emily was alone with no one in her side after her father got accused for the murder that didn't commit until Nolan appeared. While Victoria had everything, a husband and 2 children, a wealth and she separated the Clarkes by the lies and deceptions. In the end of the day, Victoria lose everything, lose her husband which has pressured her, lose her children and all of her children had enough of her. Tried to make bond with 2 women who idolized her but failed because of selfishness. Tried to ally herself with Mason Treadwell but he abandoned her even her "true love" David Clarke leaving her for his daughter. Meanwhile, Amanda has Nolan, Jack, her father for a while, her half-sister and she's on the top of the world. David also killed The Graysons couples on his own hand since he has enough with this bullcraps. David's true love is not Victoria, is his daughter, Amanda while Victoria is in love with herself even running away from every consequences that she made. In the end, Victoria died alone whike Amanda / Emily find peace.

This show should not have ended the way it did, especially since it started out way better..they ended up adding characters at the last minute (where we never grew to actually know them, so we didn't really care about them & got annoyed by them) & not ending where it should have. Honestly, they could've ended it where Emily had Victoria locked up in the crazy house, & that would've been a better ending than this was.

In terms of a series wrap up...having Victoria end up in a nut house permanently with everybody believing she was dead and nobody at the nuthouse having a clue who she was would have been perfect. That would have been the ultimate. Victoria undone by her own scheming and machinations.

At least both of Charlotte and Daniel finally realized who Amanda is and ever since Charlotte went to rehab, she's finally feeling peaceful and apologize to her stepsister for what she's done. I'm still mad of how Daniel didn't even apologize to Emily personally for shooting her only to take a bullet for her in the end. I guess it's Daniel's last redemption arc, died as a Grayson that he never wanted.

In Victoria's second fake funeral (first one was in the beginning of Season 2 and it doesn't count since she's still alive), you can see only few people attended it including Margot and Louise but not her children. I guess no one really attending her real funeral because they finally realize that she is a real monster who destroy many people with her selfishness.

They alluded to it by having Jack's mother tell off David saying he started it all by making sweaty with another man's wife (Victoria). This is what put David on Conrad's radar. In effect, David Clarke's first sin is what opened the door...otherwise, Conrad wouldn't have even considered David. So David dying is like resolving all the various original sins in the story. David's, Victoria's, Conrad's...and the rest.

David has a cancer in mid season and I honestly thinking that bringing him back is the stupidest thing that the show ever done. In the first couple episodes of Season 4, he's the real deal and then in Mid-Season, he's just .... there and the story instead focus on spoiled French Karen (Margo) trying to destroy Emily and even Emily and Victoria already made a peace and spoiled French Karen ruined it again by lying that Emily pushed her to the taxi and made her lose her baby. And in the end, once again, it's Emily vs Victoria again and David just dying instead of helping his daughter to clear her name while his daughter work for 4 years to clear his name only to be the Ex-Machina in last episode by killing Victoria.

But when you look deeper, it was a father killing the woman who betrayed him and ruined his daughter’s life, plus saved his daughter from killing her so she didn’t go to prison for an actual crime. He was tried but released because everyone knows Victoria had it coming and he has little time anyway.
