I stumbled across this & i watched then read comments. So many ppl so critical,so judgemental,worse than bossy men!! Im 64 yr old and my hair hangs belowcmy ass, is about 3 ft long. I was born blonde so now it's a dirty blonde with silver sprinkled throughout. Her hair when she can in was very tangled,matted ,looked like it had been loose a couple of days, slept on & not brushed out. Mine gets tangled up but not like that huge ball at the bottom but ppl have different hair types. And if none of the oh so critical ladies have never been so utterly heartbroken over betrayal in a relationship, then you mustve never been truly head over heels in love!! Im talking about when you're eyes are swollen almost shut from crying for hours and yes, you're hair IS a matted up,tangled up,absolute wreck and you DONT CARE WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE going out to the store or whatever since you're world has just ended anyway!! Can yall feel me?? As for those throwing scissors at the stylist...he stopped to speak with her before,during,& after the cut, so theres a darn good possibility that he cut it exactly like she asked him to!! Either way, she was very pleased at the end which is what really matters. Not all the ugly little cheap snarky cracks you nice,kind ladies are tossing out like confetti! So, try a little kindness, it makes the world so much nicer to live in!! 😊

Right after my husband and I got married, he told me I could never cut my hair. At the time it was about shoulder length. We kissed good-bye the next morning and both headed off to work. I called later to tell him I would be running later, about an hour. When I walked into the house, his mouth fell to the floor. My hair was about half an inch all over my head. I just held up my hand., palm out, and told him he could “ask” me anything, but he could never “tell” me what I could or could not do. 40 years later, the same goes, and we work thing out together.

The only hair that can be used is unprocessed hair. I don’t know if they do that anymore but when my granddaughter donated hers, she couldn’t have any color in it or she couldn’t have it bleached or permed. But with times things change so I don’t know now.

I have done a drastic haircut after every major breakup. I never plan to do it, the urge to cut it all off just comes over me until I can't resist it anymore and I swear, it really DOES make you feel better. Just look at her face before and after. Many cultures believe that hair holds energy and I fully believe it. After all that hair hair comes off, my mind feels lighter and my mood is more positive. She looks gorgeous.

Clearly made for KZbin as there is no one else in salon, and a camera-person. Her hair on her head was a different colour from the hair on counter. In fact, her hair had big areas of splotchy colour, some very dark. Just some things I noticed. I was wondering if they were going to put makeup on her to hide her breakouts for final “look”, & yes, they did! The story-line was just added for drama, for entertainment purposes.

I have always had longih hair, being shoulder length or longer. I had a back injury at work and tried everything to help ease the pain. That was in the 90s. After a few years i decided to cut my hair, which was almost to my waist. My husband loved my long hair, and couldnt get over that i cut it to my head. He walked around and called me .... Bruce, Bob, any male name that came into his head. At first I thought it was funny but after a few months it wasn't. I told him to stop it, and if he had that little respect and concern for my well being, he could leave. He stopped and eventually we ralked about it. So i know what it is like.
