Normally they transform straight in the direction they're facing, there is an FPS bug that will sometimes make them rotate around on certain occasions.

Like, a mod where it makes everything weak, the game is 8GB, it could leave the resolution low and also leave some things that are heavy and make it light, to run on weak PCs, I'm trying to download it on my PC But he won't

There is a mod that made to increase resolution framerate lod etc however the mod also allows you to lower lod and shadow resolution. You PC must be bugged I highly doubt your PC is that weak that it cant play this game
