Well, I also thought about that with Shard, also her transformation reminds me of Evac/Life Convoy from Cybertron/Galaxy Force. PS: great video as always Balt!

There's a couple things you mised on Magnius. His arm plates can act like fillers on the back of his legs. This frees up the forarm peg holes so you can use the car roof as a forarm mounted shield. The other thing is his feet/shins that detach can be conected to his axe to becom a big hammer for someone else. And in car mode the hammer becomes a battering ram on the front where you placed the axe earlier. Doing so opens up the car back to make it look like a armed truck instead. As for announcements on if we'll get more. We're supposed to get at least 2 more in the coming waves. In fact they mentioned already to expect one in the next wave at the same event where they showed off Party Wallop. But alas just like vector prime's upcoming figure they didn't show any images to give us any refrences to what they might look like. But at least we know the rock lord love thrill ride isn't over any time soon. And one last thing. If these armorizers are anything like the fossilizers or our last junkion teams there will be some combining gimmic. And I think they gave it away while talking about shard. Specificly when they talked about her colors. How they're like that stuff that came off the Chaos creature on planet infernak. So these may lead up to a Chaos combiner. But that is my theory on it anyways.

Legally this is a questionable idea. Sure, Hasbro owns Tonka, but Bandai may have co-created them (they sure distributed toys under the Machine Robo name). TakaraTomy is an active competitor to Bandai, and the Gobots / Rock Lords properties are just way too obscure to justify the legal trouble this has caused.

Granite definitely looks like he could fit in the Film universe and Shard gives me Vortex vibes makes me wonder if they'd heavily retool it at some point either as one of my favorite Combaticons perhaps othe Helicopter based Transformers that have yet to come in my head

I liked Rocklords growing up. But I really don't know what to think about those figures. Just like the bone one's. It's kind of hard for me to really get into them.

I like the textures of those Rocklords. Also the headsculp is ok for me. However, helicopter tail for Shard, that cannot be unplugged, and poor armorized mode concept for both of them made me not to buy these figures. Honestly, i was really expecting that they have a rock-monster-alike alternate modes. This is a pass for me right now… but… what about combination mode more like a Lovecraft’s creature? Well, then, Rocklords are not completely over for me now.

Yes and no. While Hasbro owns the rights to the Rock Lords toyline. They sadly don't own the right to the show. Which means they can't use any of the characters, their names, or especially their likenesses unfortunately. They do make vague refrences to the old figures as loose insperations to each design. But that is all they really can do legally because of it.

@@Blackout_Studios08 Don't know what to tell you. I pre-ordered through Hasbro pulse. And it got delayed due to a payment snaffu last week. There's people that order from online sellers stationed in other countries, and got theirs weeks ago because they always get stock early. Or at least due to the fact they're closer to the factory distributers that allows them to ship product out to customers so quickly Honestly I wasn't expecting mine so soon since it said its est. ship date wasn't until June when I ordered. Hasbro's handling of this wave has just been a complete mess.
