Even payment of betterment to convert also not easy May be there are wrong /not followed govt regulations while construction But govt should show some relaxation atleast in not affected areas such as broadening of road,metro projects putting conditions. People purchased spending lacs of rupees. Easy procedure with more relaxation And monthly paying tax (installment) Can be considered then there will be no loss of revenue to govt also. People also be happy for regularisation.
