Hello, I did all in the video. But getting an synchronization fault on the encoder with code 16#fd0c 'The end device has a different grandmaster than the controller'. Do you have any idea for solution? Thanks.

The most common problem is to make sure the Time Synchronization is enabled in the Logix controller under Controller Properties --> Date/Time. OR Check that the controller you are troubleshooting is the only one controlling the device encoder
