Reverend has cooked up a new signature guitar with Unknown Hinson, the self-proclaimed King of Country Western Troubadours, Billy Bob Thornton sideman, and underground guitar legend. This vampire-meets-hillbilly tone machine is a lightweight, versatile semi-hollow guitar that can cover everything from authentic Country twang to Classic Rock hippy mess. The King wanted a stealthier version of our Club King model, so Reverend slimmed the body thickness down to 1-1/2"" and reduced the body shape about 10 percent. Then added a full length center block and 24-3/4"" scale neck... the result is a thicker tone and more aggressive attack with increased clarity in overdrive mode. The two Reverend P-90 pickups in combination with the Bass Contour control deliver a wide palette of tone options. The black color scheme, bat inlays, and Coffin Case complete the vibe.

DOUGLAS HOTCHKISS Just saw him play July 19, 2018. He still rocks the house. I know his wife was ill and died of cancer circa 2012-13. That's why he "retired" for awhile. long live the KANG!

Really sorry I discovered him too late to see him live, but osteoarthritis of the fingers sounds painful and he's been doing it for a long, long time. He's a great talent both as a musician and a voiceover artist. Can't say I admire him as a person, though, and I guess he got so full of himself that he thought he could could publicly insult Dolly Parton in a real nasty manner with no repercussions. Ooooops, wrong, Stuart. I know people who know Dolly and they all agree that she is a very good, very positive person. Insuting her publicly was a big fuckup. Still, he's a super-talented, funny guy and it's a shame to lose him. Too bad. He's not the first very talented, successful guy to be blinded by his own ego. If he doesn't seem like the Unknown Hinson character he plays , maybe it's because his wife died recently and he's sad, and is only here because he signed a contract that required him to tour in support of the release of his signature guitar and maybe now that his hands hurt he can't play but he still needs money. Appreciate him for his body of work.

I didn’t know about any of this and just read a transcript of what he said. It was petty intense. He has the right to say it but the companies don’t have to keep employing him. That’s their freedom too. I’m the farthest thing from pc but if an employee of mine said the same things, they would be fired on the spot and the details worked out later. I wouldn’t even let them collect their belongings. I would deliver them personally to their door after telling them they better leave the building right this second before something stupid happens. If the guy put out an apology video less than a day later, he had it coming. Maybe next time he’ll keep his racist, sexist nonsense in conversations where it’s safe, between his friend and family that think the same way.
