This is why I like how strange journey actually integrated your alignment into it w/o completely blocking you from using demons outside of it. It always felt weird to fight certain bosses using demons who are on their side basically

What level are you dude? I have been trying to beat this boss for 6 months on my channel and I have my entire play through of nocturne with like 30 parts dedicated to fighting this one boss and I still haven’t won yet… I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I believe I was level 97 according to this video (25:12 for everyone's stats & abilities). I just keep doing a pattern in my head for this fight: 1. Demi-Fiend always Focus & Freikugal & only use items/switch party members for emergencies. Just keep him always attacking. 2. Everyone else casts Tarukaja, Rakukaja, Debilitate, or Prayer. 3. Shiva was another damage dealer I had so I made sure to give him Pierce & Focus too. 4. If Lucifer uses Dekunda, Dekaja, or Root of Evil (which also removes buffs) then I spend a whole turn not attacking & reapplying buffs/heals. 5. Other than buffs & Prayer, support skills like Life Surge & Endure were also skills I made sure to give to everyone.

I’m in the same situation as you dude. I’ve been stuck on this boss for a very long time. He wasn’t this hard on PS2… the Dekaja Dekunda combo is brutal. I read online that RNG is really all it takes. Even with metatron and beezlebub.

@@FindingCreatures I don’t have metatron sadly so I can’t even use him to help lol. I haven’t tried fighting the boss in a while either but I understand your pain man I hate it lol

I wonder is this fight bs on chronicles edition hard mode? Cause I did it on normal with no items first try on my first playthrough (barely would’ve died if he survived my final attack it was tense) but have heard horror stories about it on hard.

If you're talking about the Diarahan thing then yes. Lucifer healing himself all the way was introduced in the Chronicle Edition's Hard Mode. Though if you are fast enough you can kill him before he uses it.
