Wait, so there's gonna be another Build-A-Banner in 2.3?? Wow, now I REALLY gotta save up for Shamane after I pull Argus. Fortunately I did some calculations and I'm currently at 251 pulls, so if I'm patient enough I'm sure I'll be able to safely guarantee both :D

The ripples on the water banner is guaranteed to be the 6* you chose, so you just need 70 pulls to get shamane even if have not lose the 50-50 previously

take this as a lesson. yearning of the water banner is equal to scam banner. unless you have abundance of pulls, you don't pull characters from there. the pity do not carry, it doesn't guarantee you to get exactly that character from the banner.
