I know, and the login event starts on September 30, and please note that it is not the max level but only up to I3 lv1. I bought the item in the shop for 6$ and used it for Mr. Duncan, so I know it's only until I3 lv1 not max level 🫡

Argus independence Incantation Rank Upgrade allow Mercuria to accumulate more stacks for her buff from kit skill. Mercuria Buff and Argus's DMG Dealt buff also can stack each other

honestly he seems really good as a dps option for early game / low investment. even without setup he does decent follow up dmg. it's kind of hard to compare him to bkorn since they have completely different kits, but he's probably the best 5* in terms of pure dps with charlie
