Shamane buff is kinda hard to use due to the moxie support being random and, when he ults and generate moxie for allies

On his own, he's average. But once he gets a proper team who can make use of or facilitate his moxie enabling abilities, he'll definitely become stronger. Even now when he's just piggybacking on Nala's moxie stuff, you can see his potential.
