wow, another great video! Do you think one should ask for the company's salary range before giving the expected salary range to hr manager?

Thanks! And yes, I believe when asked how much you want to make, you should ask the company for the salary range. I've tried that myself a few times and it worked, recruiters told me the range and asked if I'm fine with that range and whether I'll continue the interview process. I'd go even further and say that good companies should share the salary range with candidates without asking them about the salary expectations first. Unfortunately it's still rare in most of the countries.

Right? It's hard to believe how suddenly the market has turned. I hope my advice is still valuable, as finding a job that matches your expectation is important, but at the moment a lot of people can barely get a single offer, so the advice is just "take it"
