@@SmokinJoesPitBBQsliced zucchinis, sliced bell peppers, sliced red onions. Mix in a bowl with olive oil and your favorite spices. Toss in a stainless vegetable bbq bowl (with holes in it) then grill on the bbq or in your chud box over direct heat charcoal. Veggies easy and delicious! Goes great with any meat you do.

Interesting video. Our local Wally World mostly does not have good beef. That seems strange because I live in the Texas Panhandle roughly 20 miles from the northern tip of the 6666 Ranch and about 60 miles from Amarillo which is home to Cactus Feeders which is the biggest feedlot in Texas with a capacity of handling 500,000 head of cattle. Plus smaller feedlots. We have a couple of smaller grocery chains that have better beef for less money. Though it's worth noting that if you read the labels almost any meat you buy these days has a small amount of water added. and sometimes not so small.

HEB’s store brand fine crystal Mediterranean Sea salt is excellent and it’s only two American greenbacks for 1.6 pounds. I’ve been using it for years and I recommend it to everyone lucky enough to have an HEB in their neck of the woods. Also, your butter isn’t burnt, but it was damn close after you removed the first two steaks IMHO. You can avoid this by making clarified butter, which I believe many chefs use for this type of cooking.

Joe, you continue to out do yourself. I learned a few things and meat from Walmart is good from my experiences. Kosher salt is the best and it isn't as overwhelmed with that salt taste. I propose pool party at Joe's and we bring the meat and drinks.👍👍👍👍

💯%👍👌... cooked perfection those steaks turn out fantastic my brother. I totally agree with you on using Kosher Salt but where I live I only can get it at the gourmet stores it's not readily available in the normal groceries....so sometimes I use coarse Seasalt when I'm in a pinch. Cheers 🍻

Steaks look fantastic! Curious how your LoneStar pellet compares to your offset cookers. I was surprised by how much smoke came off of the LoneStar cooker. How would you compare the two in regards to smoke flavor on the food? Obviously, pellet is set and forget but is the smoke flavor comparable in your opinion? Thanks!!

I'm not saying the pans are bad , but in manufacturing and construction quality stainless steel is non magnetic . High carbon stainless is used in knives because it holds an edge better but is more prone to rust ( high carbon stainless sticks to a magnet) aslo the steaks look great

400 series stainless is magnetic Joe, 300 isnt.. that's why they put the magnetic bottom on that pan. If it was all 316ss or 309ss the induction burner wouldn't get it hot.

Yup! I like char broiled and pan seared steaks. You know, thin slice them and build a sandwich on ANY type of bread with any of your favorite toppings, spices, fresh veggies, you should have napkins. Try toasted with baby Swiss or your favorite cheese. Sauces/salsas for dipping… oh my goodness gracious..
