So, for those curious... The pasta wud likely have cooked on the inside if each noodle was given its own hole instd of all together; as what happened was the noodle mass was just too thick and only the outer edge of noodle got hydrated enuf from the surroundin meat to actually get any cooking. A wetter sausage can help (think as moist as a hot dog) but also simply just arrangin the noodles in their own holes works; and keepin them towards the edge more than the center as thats where the water will travel to within the sausage as it tries to leak out during cookin. Also obviously using a pot instd of a pan wud help a ton; as the sausage simply wasnt submerged so liquid cudnt get into it. If a pan must be used, i recommend a taller pan or even a wok. Maybe try putting some spaghetti sauce into the sausage too which will also add more flavour and more liquid; or even just put diced tomatoes and cheese into the sausage (cheese cuz everythin is better with cheese) Make it like a whole spaghetti bowl but in sausage form and with a meat to noodle ratio opposite of what a restaurant wud serve (that is to say, not low on meat and high on noodle).

Big fan of how you’re now using pork to make more edible sausage, a base. It makes the stuff you add for the videos more of an addition then something that can’t make a sausage at all. Might need an update for the if you’re gonna keep using a pork base
