Here's my take on this video. As he devoured each and each robot, they were causing him to do strange things he did not want to do, as the code mixed with his and made him do things like light up (trees) or dance ocassionally (houses/tiny green robots) so he decided the best way to get rid of all this is to but all of it back. He took a long stroll through what he had destroyed, using the building he had as a tongue to put them all back together, becuase by reading the code for each one, he could see the coordinates of where each robot went. Slowly, but steadily he went around rebuilding the city, and erasing some code from each one as he deployed them so they would have no memory of this. He grew smaller and smaller as he realized this was for the greater good, until he had redeployed the axe robot. By then he had only eaten a bit of small robots and the robot maker. He programmed the small robots that he ate to destroy themselves (the three that had just been created) so that they could be remade by the robot maker. At this point all he had was a couple of small robots, so he placed them in their correct spots, but before placing the last one, he ate the malfunctioning yellow flower, so that would never happen again. He took one last look at his first robot attachment, placed it in front of another flower, and reset his code so that finally, he would have no memory of this. Then the cycle started again, as normal. And it would be normal until there was another malfunctioning flower, but that would not be for a long time. This took a while to write so thanks for reading.

It truly has a deeper meaning, as you can see at the start the robot is controlled by those small boxes, it detaches and becomes rouge, it then has an urge to become perfect. It consumes an entire city and morphs into a cocoon, it emerges, and it looks streamlined, it is complete, and will venture fourth to spread its wings and fly, and the cycle will begin again.
