This hat is so lovely! I've been using my friends as hat guinea pigs as I practice making them and I've chosen this hat to make for one of my dearest friends! I showed it to her and she thinks is adorable! Thanks for the video and written tutorial

Can you show in the video how to start the hat... I am a beginner and I really loved this pattern. Not sure whether I will be able to pull through but want to give it a try. I need full details as in how to start and end the hat. Hope you will help.

I’m going to do this with a regular worsted weight yarn and the diamonds with Sherpa yarn to see if this makes a warm lining for hats.

First time visit. Recommended by crochet critter on her Disney podcast today. She is correct, when she says you are very easy to follow. Love this pattern. Can a blanket be made out of this? Just love how it works out.

WOW! What an honor. I'll need to reach out to them. I'm currently working on a flat version so everyone can make blankets and scarves etc. Once I have it I'll publish the video. Be sure to subscribe so you know when it will be available!

I did, subscribe. Can't wait for the videos. I crochet a lot of shawls triangle and rectangle for church. We call them prayer shawls and give them to those who are ill, or lost a loved one or to someone who just needs to know that someone is thinking of them. I would love to crochet other things but this is keeping me busy for now.

Nicki, I bought the pattern yesterday. I don't see how you are closing the hat. Would you, please address this? Thank you. PS: I am at 8" and want to make sure I complete the hat appropriately.

My apologies. It looks like 2 paragraphs disappeared in the PDF. I just fixed it. Where did you purchase it? If it's through Ravelry, please check your library as I just updated it there.

Did you happen to figure out how to do it flat so this can be a blanket? 😅
