REVIEW - 2018 Porsche Panamera Turbo - Is it as good as it looks?

We are back! This time I am driving my friends 2018 Porsche Panamera Turbo. Overall a great car, but you know how picky I am, especially when we are talking about cars that cost over $100.000. It was insanely impressive though how well the car handled through the tight canyon turns and how fast it could launch. Nevertheless, for me, it's not comfortable nor sporty enough to sell me. Especially with that price tag.

It seems to me the reviewer is missing the point of this vehicle. There is absolutely no comparison between any Tesla and a Porsche panamera turbo. Only thing Tesla has on Porsche is acceleration. A Tesla interior feels like a Chevy Spark compared to a Porsche. I test drove the AMG 63 GT and an M5. The Porsche is superior in many ways. It's a hatchback number one. So it's far more useful than the others. The reliability is also far superior to its competitors. It does a ton of things very well. It can go in the snow, can haul a lot of stuff, the rear seats fold down, it's reliable, the frame is made/ designed by Bentley, so it's super quiet and tight. It's an absolute dream to drive. If you know you know. One of the best bang for buck moves a person could make is to buy a CPO 971 GTS and put a race chip piggyback on it. You'll have an absolute rocket ship sub 3 second 0 to 60 four-wheel drive daily driver reliable, serviceable, and unbelievably good car. These cars are worlds better than Tesla and you can feel it when you drive them. Bit of Tesla fanboi stuff going on here. Like I said if you know you know.

I'd take this car Any Day over any Tesla. You can take this on a long trip and it will beat most others cars it's an incredible car

Fyi, Carbon Fiber steering wheel is an option, I have it on the 2018 Porsche Panamera in my garage now.

Haha sorry, it's a bit subjective. I thought the first gen Panamera (including the facelift) always looked horrendous. Just like the first Cayenne or the first Boxster.

No hate towards Tesla but the build quality is not where close to Porsche or any German Rival . . And comfort level and seats is much better car is a porsche . . Performance and future is tesla but got some catching up to do

Been doing it for 15 years. Got lots of friends and contacts in the industry that agree. (Even people working at Porsche in Stuttgart). Ever since VW took over Porsche went to get crappier and crappier. You don't need to take my word for it though. , but I'll most definitely continue what I am doing ;)
