Review: 2023 Toyota Prius Prime

The Toyota Prius Prime gets some huge improvements and is no longer my favorite kicking post for ugly cars. It's also more functional and surprisingly roomy inside.

Being in Ottawa, Canada I'd be interested in how quick and effective the heating is. How much does it affect MPGs? Also, does the lack of a rear-window wiper bother you?

The heating is pretty fast. And it keeps the whole car warm. Assuming you turn it off "echo" mode. Otherwise, nevermind. It is based on the engine, so it'll affect MPGs instead of range. The lack of a rear wiper is annoying, but the back window defrost is pretty aggressive.
