Hearing you guys breakdown the announced matched for Survivor Series was worth it! I know the ending of RAW screamed WTF in the worst way possible, but damn those potential matches sound so bad and you guys reacting to it is pure comedy gold.

The reason the matches announced for Survivor Series thus far seem so "UNREALISTIC", is because there's been NO build-up, to make the confrontational "FEUDS" seem more BELIEVABLE. The only one where there's been a measure of barbs traded back and forth, has been between Brock Lesnar/Paul Heyman and Jinder Mahal.

I don't think it's as much Smackdown being the heel brand as much Smackdown are heels on Raw and Raw are heels on Smackdown. Becky apologizing after some of the guys got beatdown was pretty funny.

To make brand vs brand matches relevant ,which ever brand wins more matches should have an impact on a future ppv..kinda like what the all star game does for MLB..maybe have more guys in Royal rumble from the winning brand

I think they will do Kurt vs Shane at survivor series and I think it will be Samoa joe, Finn Baylor, Roman reigns,Matt Hardy and cesoro for team raw vs shinsuke Nakamura, Randy orten, Rusev bobby roode and Aj Styes for smackdown live and BRAUNNNNNN vs Kane and I kind of want Aj on raw as I think he will be booked better 😄.

for me the best and worst segment was the last invasion angle. I like the idea of Shane bringing in the SD Roster to take out RAW performers as a first strike, it is a good idea on paper, and, then it got executed. I think it fell apart when the SD Roster walked up the ramp to go after Kurt as it turned into West Side Story. That being said, it could have been saved in the end with Shane just telling Kurt he hasn't forgotten about King of the Ring. Blown opportunity with a little history. Kurt looks like a feeble old man being handled by Corbin & Rusev. It was hilarious. The BIGGEST negative about it, if you are going to use Under Siege, where the HELL is Steven Seagal ??? ANGLE FOR SMACKDOWN LIVE, Kurt dresses up like a Cook selling hot dogs and starts taking out everyone on the SD roster dressed AS a cook . BoOK IT

Worst part of Raw was Finn losing to old man Kane. The best was the invasion; although I agree it was not the best idea having some of the baby faces invading without reason.

All of your points about the final segment are valid, (apart from the shaky camera, come on man, I didn't even notice, that's on you) but, I was literally head in hands jaw on the floor at how out of the blue and brutal it was, and I've been watching 28 years, I've seen some stuff, so that has to count for something right? Also I'm not saying a segment 2 years ago explains this, but remember when the brand split happened and Vince said he wanted blood? And as regards Superstars always being happy to move brands, the definitely wasn't the case with KO kayfabe wise.

James Jungquist Balor has been booked way above what he deserves. The guy gets on national TV although he is an actor that can't act and a cruiserweight that for some reason isn't treated like one. He shouldn't even be on the show so imo he has been booked well.

The best moment was the shield aj vs miz, Cesaro, sheamus and Kane's promo afterwards. The worst by by a million miles was that ending sequence it makes no sense, was filmed horribly (couldn't see a damn thing that was going on or make out who was even fighting plus I think I was sea sick afterwards). I'm also generally not a fan of Shane. Like you guys said we're gonna cringe every time we have to hear "under siege" over the next month.

Between all the criticism of Kane/Balor and the Smackdown invasion EVERYONE just completely forgot that Reigns & Wyatt being out didn't just affect TLC. They had to rewrite this show as well and they needed to do drastic things. I cannot possibly imagine they would've had Kane squash Balor if Wyatt and Reigns were there. Kane would've probably had a one-on-one match with Reigns in the main event based on the Undertaker stuff. But, they needed to shake shit up. With no Shield, they NEEDED to make Raw/SD a blood feud.It's fine and this will all be ancient history in a month

First I just want to say I really Like John Pollock and Wai Ting, seasonable, well spoken wrestling reviewers/podcast. I agree with everything Wai said about this last segment. Unless the heelish motives are explained, I will put this in my book for one of the worst segments for Raw in the last 5 years.

Alicia Fox is parodying Naomi Campbell - a crazy supermodel, who's named after Alicia Keys and Vivica A. Fox. If anyone should have the duel personality ala Joseph Park/Abyss, it should be her: one very pretty and pampered and other like Wai said, should be hideous looking. I could see Mahal winning with the help of a returning Joe, which could reignite that feud w. Lesnar then follow up with Balor and finally Reigns at Mania. The brand warfare gimmick kinda sucks but last years SmackDown! vs. Raw elimination matches were really great, plus Shield vs. Usos should be really good.

Why should Kane beat Balor? Mmm maybe because he is a foot taller and 100lbs heavier!!! You have to remember that to a casual viewer, Balor is a cruiserweight who can't talk, masquerading as a heavyweight. He shouldn't be anywhere near the Main event let alone beating a legend 7ft monster like Kane. Sometimes you two are such a couple of marks.
