With Nike/Jordan it’s a full size up so UK9 is US10

Would going half size up be ok since the 85 Neutral Greys are more narrow?

Yes they are narrow, but going up a half size will make the shoe look longer and not as attractive(in my opinion).. go tru too size and break em in.. unless you have fat or wide feet and then I'd say they're not a good fit
