Sephora is strange . Ulta is coming for them I feel (better discounts, deals etc). They deflee took away free 2 day shipping . I just wish ulta would have the same brands Sephora has 😢 I think she lowered the intensity so vanilla lovers won’t get a headache etc and listened to the complaints regarding the white jar . I wish she would have done 2 intensities (maybe one Barbie pink and one that is the current pink color) the Barbie pink can have an intense vanilla scent with no glitter and the current one can stay how it is . I agree with you. I can’t do B&BW glowtions. I had to give them all away to my nieces. And yes, they are teenagers! I only have the original Fenty body butter so I will probably stick with that.

I loved the new fenty butta. I love the texture of all 3 of them. For me the way it hydrates my body is the most important. I can always wear a perfume for more fragrance. I also love the subtle shimmer, I don’t like glitter. Top notch creams won’t use tacky big glitter in their products.

I agree with everything you said. I think they are just making scents for the masses. The first one is less scented but still fresh for most who can’t handle super fragrant scents or don’t want for it to over power their perfume. I really enjoy the second one, cinnamon, but yes it’s def more for cool weather. And this vanilla one can be used year round just like the original one. Regardless, amazing formula, all great scents just depends what you like!

I just got mine and it’s smell fluffy and airy for sure. It’s a nice light vanilla. I kind of got a marshmallow smell but I could be tripping lol definitely not worth the hype though for 45 for a like instead of love and I am a vanilla fanatic

I didn’t the first one so I never got it. I purchased the 2nd and loved it. So I purchased the 3rd without smelling it but I really like it.

TYSM fir your review- very thorough. I’m convinced that Fenty either did not put a scent in my holiday one or covid destroyed my sense of smell lol. I’m returning the vanilla one bc it’s even lighter 💙

I had Covid in 2020 and I did get my sense of smell back, but I have run into that problem of not being able to pick up certain notes anymore. I hear reviews that something smells so good, I go to store and can't pick up a single note. It's happened enough that it's got to have been Covid short-circuited something. 💛

I do not love shimmer. Especially BBW.. it’s too much. I wish they would do 2 versions- with and without. I’m ok with a light vanilla as long as it’s moisturizing. I don’t own any Fenty body buttas but I hope 🤞🏼 it’s ok. I ordered off her website got 20% off. I love Wrapped in vanilla, but I don’t like musk. It has to be done right.. Tfs girly 🫶🏼💕
