I keep seeing these and the Polish Laavu. I am tempted to get one for winter camping trips. Though the ones I've seen online, the cost of postage to Australia seems fairly high.

Hello Taffy, I will be using my whole Lavvu both sections through the winter with my cot to elabate Mr off the ground.. Defo a winter set up in my opinion...

Great stuff mate I love the zeltbahn and the polish lavvu s to fantastic bits of kit and great as ponchos to you can lose the pole in middle and us bipod or tripod inside or out side to hold the tipi position makes much more usable room inside

Great bit of kit. I have the polish lavvu and they are also great. More of a drab green than brown, but very similar in essence.

@@outsidertank Yeah there's 3 sizes 1-3. The size 1's are pretty easy to get hold of, the 2's harder and the 3's are like rocking horse 💩. Really nice bits of kit. Being 5'5 you'd manage fine with a size 1 I'd imagine mate, although if you want more room a size 2 or more would give you bags of room. Look forward to seeing your upcoming videos in the zelt . Bet it's good for stealth 👍

Looks great that mate! But I barely fit in my lavvu and I think this one's slightly smaller. It definitely makes a difference eliminating that centre pole if you can

yes even though its not that much of an issue with the pole, it kina makes you feel hemmed in if that makes sense. yes its smaller than the polish lavvu. ill defo be using a ridgeline or tripod above it to eliminate the pole. thanks for commenting buddy..
