Your brother should download and register the UBOX app. You can then click on the button on the device's device list, click on share and input the email your brother used for the registration and share. Ask your brothee to go to Ubox me button then my friends and accept the sharing.

Red light reception not working out it right next to the router to activate the camera. Blue light will come on when connected to wifi but must be 2ghz not 5ghz. Then camera will talk. It has crap reception. It took me so long to work it out. Now mine only works inside connected to usb so not a great camera get a reolink
