No, this camera is a solar powered camera. Connecting it in a way to be watching it in a monitor continuously drains/weakens the batteries and also it will consume a lot of data.

They designed it to capture movement, record and save it, then give you notifications through the app on your phone and be in sleep mode if there's no movement in the areas.

Okay check the bottom of the camera if there's any foam they use to cover it, remove the foam and check another QR code. Another option is to try to install the camera by selecting the "setup wifi device". Get a router or mifi, select the wifi device option, connect your phone to the external wifi device, connect the camera to the same wifi device. The QR code of the camera will appear on your phone, screenshot it, then go back to install the camera using 4G option and scan the screenshot QR code in your phone. Thanks 👍

Very simple, just take a picture of the QR code and send to the person through WhatsApp. He or she can scan the QR code from his/her phone with another phone. I advice install the camera on your phone and share to your client so that it can be easy for you to know whatever your client may complain in future about the camera.
