Good thorough review. Thanks for taking the time to make the content. I have two of these EB3A units and have used the power lift mode to brew coffee with a 5 cup Mr. Coffee machine. It's rated at 650 watts. The coffee maker will make a 10 oz (that's two cups on the machine) cup of coffee in 2 minutes when plugged into the wall and it takes 4 minutes when plugged into the EB3A. It claims about 475 watts, on the display, while it is brewing and 5 watts after the brewing. It isn't exactly what Bluetti promises, but it does work, just don't expect 600 watts to go into appliances that require as little as 50 watts more than the normal 600 watt limit. The wattage cuts way back, but it does keep running, sort of. I think that if you had actually tried to make toast with your toaster, you would have been disappointed. The coils won't glow and therefore won't toast. I haven't used my solar panels yet, so I was glad to see that you got the good result that you did with yours. That's very encouraging.

The best feature is that my wife can carry it with no problem. This unit is best for vehicular travelling. Charge during long drives and used after you stop.

I’ve owned one since it first came out. It serves me on my night stand next to my bed as a charging hub and a source of light. The light is pretty obnoxious. The BMS is out of wack and it shuts off at 52%. It still works though and when it does go, I have a new AC60P to replace it.

thanks for the video. the thing i don't like is that in order to change some settings you have to use the phone app. that makes you dependent on your phone so if something should happen to it, some changes not possible. after a hurricane that wouldn't be good.

The reason I went for this was the overhead it offered for watts. Yes, the battery is on the low end to support 600 watts, but it can charge relatively quickly and with some of the right adapters you can add an existing battery to help prolong the break away from "house" current. I'd like to try some solar panels but can't justify the price for the PNW.

Peace to you Sir, tell me please, when charging the Bluetti EB3A battery using the AC cord, are there any lights on when charging the unit. I've just received the unit from Amazon, and I pressed the power button on and it read 67%, then I plugged in the AC cord to power it, then less than a minute, the lights on the unit (display screen) shuts off, is that normal while charging?
@ataleofthreecabins1025 Жыл бұрын
Yes, to see the status just quickly press a button like the flashlight to temporarily turn back on the display. I don't remember is it gives you the option on that App to set the length of time it stays on .

I probably use this one the most especially during deer season. I throw it my UTV run Starlink or a cellular router when in the woods for hours on end. Afternoons I hook up a 100 watt panel to keep it topped off. When it comes to Rving a larger one is much better.

how would this go running a portable diesel heater over night
@ataleofthreecabins1025 Жыл бұрын
If the heater uses 12v/3A, then 12x3+36watts. 268/36=7.4 so 6 to 7 hours, more with a solar panel.
