[REVIEW] AVI-8 Hawker Hunter Retrograde Chronograph (AV-4052) Watch Review

Had a jeweler change the battery and voided my 2-year warranty. I liked the watch (Hawker Hunter green) until it showed low battery by skipping seconds by 2's. After changing the battery, it still did that. Then the chrono failed, then the watch stopped. AVI-8 support and their official warranty channels were kind of okay, though they charged me $28 to look at the watch under warranty (??). Then they voided the warranty due to the jeweler changing the battery. What do I do when my second AVI-8 needs a battery? Send it to warranty for $28 plus postage? Ha!

AVI-8 came through for me. The watch repair center denied the warranty because the back had been opened for the new battery, but AVI-8 support recognized the issue and chose to honor the repair. So they are back on my good list -- great-looking watch.

I bought an 7years old AVI-8 hawker Hurricane 4011-06, but I’m disappointed because it has not lume at all. Is it right? Or it would be fake ?

10 minute time max??? my Baltany watch can track 12 hours....and it costs me 150 dollars.
