This is a 1L bottle sized handheld portable USB-C rechargeable vacuum. The battery capacity is around 25-30 watt hours, and it has an 80 watt (max) motor. It ran for 16 minutes at max power on a charge in my testing.
You can use it to suck dirt up directly into the front receptacle, or you can plug in the provided "long reach" nozzle to get into crevices or extend your reach. It also has a slide up/down brush head useful for brushing dirt up to the surface so the vacuum can suck it up.
Also provided is an "air blower" nozzle that attaches to the back to turn it into a mini leaf blower for blasting dust out of crevices.
Compared to a Dyson V6, it has about 1/4 of the suction power....but it is also half the size, and costs about 1/10th the price. It has enough power to pick up "surface" dirt, grass, sand, etc. The vacuum opening is only about an inch wide, so it will take you a while, but it can certainly be used to clean up the entire floor mat of a car. I personally think it is best for cracks, crevices, and small "spot" pickup tasks where you don't want to bother going to get a "bigger" vacuum.
It is perfect to leave in a rear seat of a mini-van for kids to clean up after themselves, and will stow in most cup holders and charge from a vehicle 12v cell phone charger.
