You may ask what equipment I use in some of the videos I post on the channel.
In the handwriting that I write and you can see that some parts of the letters are thick, I write them with high-point pens. And I usually use bic pens 1.6 or 1.2.
Of course, we can use other brands as well. Schneider, Staedtler and Pilot are good brands.
Anyway, I dedicated this video to review and kind of unboxing this pack of ten color bic.
In the next videos, I will show you other tools to have good handwriting as well as calligraphy.
As you can see in the video, a plastic device is stuck on the tip of the pens. This is to protect the nib and also prevent it from oxidizing. In addition, having this piece of plastic on the tip of the pen indicates that your pen has not been used before.
Bic 1.6 mm pens are not like other pens. These pens are a bit noisy. Even when we buy a pen with a diameter of half a millimeter, we see that it writes a little dry. Over time and by writing, this dryness of the pen tip disappears. This is the case in artistic 1.6 bic pens. You have to be patient so that your pen loses its dryness and writes more fluently. Also, as you saw in the video, it is possible that your pen will return ink at the beginning, which is normal. And even in my writings you can see the essence of the auto return back.
Tip 1: In order for your pen to dry out quickly, you can draw many lines on a sheet of paper. With this, the flow of ink in the feed happens faster and you can write more smoothly.
Note 2: Dealing with the return ink of the bake pen 1.6: To do this, you can wipe the tip of the pen with a tissue when needed, or rub the sides of the pen tip on a waste paper.
Third point: As you can see, thick writing pens are considered a kind of tool for calligraphy. So you have to take care of them. The easiest way is to put the pen cap after writing. This.
