This happened to mind the paddles get stuck on the ice. I did the chocolate and it wouldn't churn at all and kept shutting itself off. The recipes on the app are not in the right measurements for the krush. And is not user friendly at all. So you actually only have the 4 recipes that came in the box to use. Only the usa use those measurements (imperial) the rest of the world use metric so it is shitty to convert. It is an expensive paper weight, that is about all.

I could not agree with you. more. This machine is just ridiculous and outrageously expensive.

Thanks for your comment. It’s true that many reviews can be total B.S. pandering to the product rather than being transparent and honest about it.
