you can actually just take out some screws and both the barrel and stock thing come off really easily, then just tape the front barrel

This is my first blaster, and I put through 2500 rounds this weekend. Some points. Hits hard, and far. If you jam, there is no apparent way to remove the jam without wrenching on the drum, and tearing the dart. These darts work fine in the blaster: Elite, Zombie, N-Strike Elite, and Suction These darts do NOT work fine: Doomlands, Tagger, Ekind. They are too long or too tight. I had a blast with it, and you will too. Thanks for the review Coop, you gave me the info to make an educated purchase.

Hey Coop! The purpose of the strange not-quite-a-stock is to stabilize the blaster while slam-firing it. The rotation you make fun of is so you can remain stabilized while strafing to the left or right just by turning your wrist. In a "vs." video that you later made about this you were explaining the lack of stability when slam-firing the Magnum (because your hands are closer together than with a pump prime) while showing a Magnum with the novel stabilizer DZ thought up removed because you thought it was weird. Jus saying...

Hello Coop. My Dart Zone Magnum that I purchased yesterday has a strange jamming problem where two darts both try to go out of the barrel at the same time. This makes them both get stuck, and it's actually quite hard to fix. Just wanted to let you know. My theory is that it's probably a defective drum that sometimes doesn't fully rotate to the next dart.

That's basically a high capacity stockade. Also flywheels might hinder the blaster's very thing it's best at.

We run an indoor Nerf Range, and THIS gun is our top tier! It shoots FAST and is a decided advantage when fully loaded up. We remove the arm-support thingy and then it's good-to-go. They have been heavily abused and hold up well. The only thing we notice is players not fully inserting the darts, which causes snafus, but that's not the fault of the gun. Overall, we love this gun and bought a bunch from a local Target before they ran out. We HIGHLY recommend this one! Thanks, Coop772 for reviewing it.

For that arm brace, just work some floor polish in there to thicken it, that way it doesn't move as "floppily" I do it with action figures but it should work with foam flingers.

if you unscrew the gray panels on the grip then pull down on the stock it is easy to remove

picked this up from target today and it works really good, I like it, and the included darts fire a lot more accurately than elites (not sure if thats in nerf blasters but it is in this blaster)

and no the stock isn't broken on yours, it's the exact same on mine, you can easily take it off (I did) by unscrewing the 3 handle screws and then taking off 1 side of the grip and taking it out the bottom and then re-screwing the grip. there's a hole in the bottom but barely noticeable.

someone will almost definetly make a similar thing to the rival apollo. sure while this thing can quite comfortably be fired like that. a pump action one would be quite nice. especially since it fires on the back position, causing more sway.
