They automatically add 15*% tip to each drink if you don't buy a package. If you buy a package the tips are included.

Sorry for the delayed reply. YT didn't notify me of your comment. You can purchase any drinks from the available menus in bars, buffet, and main dining rooms when they are open. The "included drinks" are what you listed and a few juices. You can see my video on When I Can Eat to see that "included drinks" are 24/7 from the buffet. Yes, you can fill a bottle with water and take elsewhere.
