Thank you, that helped a lot. On user manual it tells you to go to FB for further instructions(how to set it up, etc) however, link didn't work, surprise, surprise 😅 Thank Goodness I can always count on trusted YT😁🥰

the directions to install is not user friendly or at least not for me.... when you get help to install or figure it out would you be willing to inform me as well?

WHAT!! You said because the HotLabel is less expensive it is larger? IT is larger because it holds an entire roll of labels inside it, the other one doesn't. This one consumes less space and is easier to use.

Avoid this printer like the plague. Inherent manufacturing issue and there IS NO support - wait an average of 7 HOURS for a reply.
