Just a note, there's only 1 listing on amazon that still includes a glove, for some reason, and it's almost sold out.. The other listings for this same item don't list a glove as part of what's in the box. Not that big a deal, but considering they sell for $5-10 it's a nice little bonus, just had to search around to find it..

For android devices you need to connect your tablet to your phone and do a combination of buttons . just press the last button on the left,and the third last button on the left at the same time for 3 seconds, with that the tablet changes to android mode. I had the same problem as you, and that solved it.

Awesome review! I bought one in Starry Night color as well and I'm loving it. Although my only concern is the pen detection because I noticed that when I raise my pen, the tablet can only detect 1 cm of height. Unlike my old tablet (which is the Huion HS64) it can detect 1 inch of height. It feels really awkward 'cause whenever I'm hovering my hand across the tablet, the cursor on my laptop screen keeps stopping since I can't keep my hand no more higher than 1 cm. I'm just wondering if I am the only one with this problem. Thanks! ❤️

Yeah, the hover distance is quite short

Do you mean if you raise the pen more than 1 cm above the tablet, the cursor on the screen stops? Just like when you lift a lead pencil off a pc of paper, you don't necessarily draw anymore, so why do you want the ability to draw when your tablet pen is off the surface? I'm not understanding your question. Haven't used a tablet before, so don't know what you are saying. Can you clarify?

when u use pen and paper u can see ur hand hover across ur workspace as u draw, but if ur using a drawing tablet, it becomes a different story, because u won't be seeing ur hand hover across the monitor. (the drawing process will feel a lil unnatural n disconnected) that's where you'll need that hovering cursor, cuz it mimics ur hand's movements ( in this way u can freely draw about just like how u do it w/ pen and paper ) basically drawing without a cursor is like drawing without seeing ur hand at all

I'm definitely thinking of getting this tablet, but I definitely want to be able to turn off all the buttons Edit: I got it and you have to press+hold the bottom two buttons at the same time for 1 second to disable multimedia keys. Windows ink causes lag for me, so I disabled it and got no lag (though the drawing program may have to be further configured to detect pressure, such as photoshop workaround). I wish you could disable express keys without needing the driver, but you need the driver.

I've been using this tablet for a year now. I can say it is smooth but unfortunately, the pen response is not linear to the pressure. It requires extreme adjustment. It would be better if the company reduces the number of pressure levels.

So it has line jitter for having high pressure sensitivity? Or lower than showed pressure sensitivity? Or pen stops making lines from high pressure sensitivity? Sorry I want to get this but long term reviews don't seem to be out there.

Teoh, I hear Wacom last a very long time. How long does devices from Huion, and Parblo fare? Will they break down after just 1-2 yrs, 3-5yrs? I'm new to display tablets and these brands. Is it true that if you want to use the full version of Illustrator, you will have to buy a Microsoft Surface Pro or a graphics tablet (from any brand)?

Not sure about the durability as I usually don't keep the review units for long. For Illustrator, it's sold through monthly subscription model. You either buy the single app or the Creative Cloud suite to get all the apps.

For me the cursor doesn't respond to the pen when I have the software on. Only the clicking function works. When I uninstall the software, I can use it fine as a mouse but it stops working once in photoshop. Does anyone have issues like this? I can't seem to find anyone with similar issues anywhere. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times, even older versions but no luck. :( Since I've had this tablet the software never really worked right, so I'd recommend to just save a little longer and buy a wacom

Test with other drawing software, e.g. Medibang, Krita. It may be an issue with Photoshop. You may have to toggle Windows Ink feature from the driver to troubleshooting.

Doesn't make sense to get this particular model because there are some shortcut buttons at the top. Just get those models with only side shortcuts. Huion driver can let you rotate 180 degrees

Those "soft" keys only work with the pen, and you can turn them off too.

to turn off the express touch keys, press the last two physical keys (bottom one and second from the button) together for few seconds and it will get turned off just like child lock thanks me later ❤️
