I think the small is so pretty too! The slouch will definitely show more once you put items in and carry it with the top handle as the weight of the items is what makes it develop. I almost got the small but at the last minute decided to get the medium instead but if you carry less the small is definitely the better choice. It’s also more popular and sought after and looks better crossbody. You can’t go wrong! Thanks so much for watching! ❤️❤️❤️

Love the bag in the tan color. Have the bag in black medium. And am thinking of getting it in tan color aswell because I love the puzzle so much. Mine is more pebbled leather and sloughes a bit more and love it. Wanted an carefree everyday bag without a huge label name. Also medium holds more as you said, most reviews are of the small, fits waterbottle, umbrella and even my ipad. Your review is the first I see to show the strap adjustments. For me a small con is that the difference in the adjustments is quite al lot because you have to adjust both sides. Also I hardly use the inside slippockets, you have to stuff them otherwise things will fall out.

This is a great overview of the puzzle bag! I have one and love it as well. Just a note - did you know the hardware is made so that you clip the shoulder strap on the back side of the top handle on both sides, and the bag hangs perfectly. And it keeps the clips out of the way of the flap. I know this video is older, but I thought I’d mention it!

I was really surprised at the amazing quality and all the design details of this bag. You can tell they really put a lot of thought into it! With all the quality issues and price increases from LV and Chanel these days, I think a quality bag like this just felt super refreshing and appreciated. The flap is so short it really is not noticeable at all when using. I will definitely do an update after I own it for a while. Thanks so much for watching! I loved hearing your toddlers voice in the background on your recent videos! I kept thinking of the slime in her hair and it just put a big smile on my face. 🤣😘🥰

No! And the strap is so comfortable! I think you usually feel the weight the most when straps dig in. This strap is so soft and super comfy! The top handle is also soft and so nice to hold. Let me know if you have any other questions! 😘😘😘

@@jewelnabq01 Hi! Actually, another KZbinr Bee Rachael kindly told me that she used an organizer in hers and it was great so I did purchase one from zoomoni. I now recommend one! It does not prevent the natural slouch yet makes it structured enough without making it too boxy. And of course it keeps the inside clean. Hope this helps! 🥰🥰🥰
