Hey did you have an issue with sound? I cant turn the sound on no matter what I do and when you go into sound and vibrations you can see the volume is up and everything looks good from first glance. What am I missing??? Thanks!

The mx 900 does not have internal speakers you have to use a external speaker hope this helps.

I see it does guided procedures like a brake bleed etc, but does it have bi-directional controls? Like to command stuff on/off thru the BCM or CanBus?

Yes it has bi-directional controls. I can turn on and off my fog light thru the scanner.

does it have SRS check for airbags and if so does it clear it or turn it off like if the light is on for it does the scanner trun it off

yes they do but if you have a code and erase and it doesnt go away, you have a problem with the airbag system

It has the reset but to turn it on off I havent found that option I will have more time to look this week.
