If the initial velocity of the Mastodon is 85 fps compared to the Centurion's 80 fps then it will be fun and powerful for a Mega blaster, so sad that they did not amped up the Mega average by 80-90 fps

Super-necro'ing because I just got one in the UK for £45 and it came with 72 darts which I am pretty happy about. "D" cells were never going to happen; ran it from an industrial 12V 20A power supply, it really pew-pews fast and hard. Definitely going to 3S LiPo it. Great video! I was unsure about it, but I'm sold, the review is bang on.

You would use it for games like capture the flag if you were defending. Empty it, place on the ground and switch to second third......whatever you guard your fort with. That way you can guard your asset.
