I saw some of those in a local toy store that displays that blaster with the breech in the opened position, which means it is primed all the time and not realizing that compressing the spring leads to a weak performance

Sometimes my friends and I do "Civil war" battles where you're not allowed to use magazines. You're allowed to breach-load a magazine gun, but you can't use magazines, making drum guns and front loaders the best option, though only one person is allowed a drum gun, that person being the "officer". In that case, I think this might be an acceptable gun to use, as it's relatively quick to breach load.

1. Put rubber band under barrel attachment point and other end of rubber band above grip 2. Put 2 darts on either side in between blaster and rubber band 3. When you need a new dart pull one out of rubber band storage and reload

I made cardboard attachments for this, like a shield that protects you while firing, which is fine for me since I can reload behind the shield and not just put it in the barrel like a jolt.

what you could do with this blaster is have alot of them at once already loaded and have a primary weapon, once the primary runs out of ammo, you can pick up one of the sharpfires and shoot it and then throw that and go to the next. Its obviously a flawless plan :S

See for me the reason to buy this is not for the fact that it isn't overpowered, but the fact that it's not supposed to be. See when you look at it, it does look like it's going to be dominated, however it's so small it can fit into your pocket, and can suprise attack. it would also be useful for a game like you get 1 shot to kill someone and that's it.

2 years after the last comment, I just have to say, my kid, who had just turned 5 at the time, got me a snapfire at the dollar store (for a dollar, if you were wondering) for me for my birthday last year, and it seems like a better purchase than this thing. I had looked at this as a cheap extra blaster just for kicks, but the loading system is so much more involved than it needs to be. For the money, and since it's basically the same, but simpler, go for a snapfire. Buy two, or 12! At a buck a piece, why not? Hide them all over your tactical gear and you have a bunch of small, single shot emergency pistols all over and ready to fire! ;)

Instead of repainting really useless blasters they should: Repaint and upgrade the Stryfe as a Modulus line blaster so it could fit well with all the attachments. Release a variety of stocks, many blasters are sold without them and it is so frustrating that there are not lose stocks in the market (not nerf stocks) Explore further the Doomlands series

Its good for close quarters, bbut even then it’s flawed due to it’s one round capacity. would probably recommend the echo 2.0 without muzzle and buttstock attached, which fixes all the problems (even with a bonus, which would be slamfire)

My cousins ruined my old version of this. The kept dry firing and for some reason it ruined the spring. It now fires 2 feet. I told them to stop. But they kept doing it. My gun is useless now. Thanks guys.
