Review of CADPXS SHIELD 550 Air Filter, and Experience With Company

I talk about my experience of purchasing the CADPXS
SHIELD 550 air filter, using it, and my attempts to get a unit that actually works properly.
I paid for my unit, but am giving up and getting a refund. Nice case, though. Because not much would have to change to have made it a good function/value product, it is a shame the steps were not taken to do so.
While this unit is branded CADPXS with a sticker that keeps coming off, note that there are units under different branding on Amazon that look identical.

Geez, wish I'd seen this before I bought mine. Bought because it's the same unit a mold remediation company used in my home. I was wondering why the runtime meter was so high. I'll have to open the air intake to see if I have the same issue with the motor mounts. The packing on mine was the same as yours with the same resulting damage to the box. At $400, pretty expensive considering what you've pointed out. Did you post this video review on Amazon? If not, I will. Thanks!

I posted a review to Amazon with pictures although not this video. There were several questionable potentially fake reviews at the time I posted, and multiple ASINs for the exact same product. Others reported the same issues I did. Amazon doesn't seem to care much about defective products on their marketplace.
