How is the antiglare coating, is it heavy, I remember working on an ultra sharp monitor u2421h I believe was the model, and it was so greeny, I wonder if the new deal models has a lighter, what do you think?

How do you adjust the screen vertically? It won’t move. Is there a trick?

I just picked one up today. Is text supposed to be a bit blurry? Seems like majority of the 1440p monitors under like $300 have some text blurriness. Anyway to fix this? Also i set the monitor to 100hz but i used a fps tester online and its only showing that im getting 84 fps. Is this normal and will only get 100 fps in like gaming?

@@septilevg6897 Was using windows. Ended up returning this and getting a 24" monitor instead. Pixel density is much better on a 24" 1440p so no more blurry pixelated text for me.

Apparently yes. In specs it says VRR over hdmi and dp

Looks a little that way in standard presentation mode. I would change it in color mode to color temp and raise it 7500K.

I think it's neither of those. But it seems that it support basic adaptive sync ( using 2.0 HDMI port on your PC or DP). I don't have this monitor but that's what i found in specs

Does it run at the 100Hz refresh rate using the HDMI cable provided in the box, or does that require a separate DP cable?

@Razear I just tested this on the S2724DS with my Alienware M18 using the HDMI cable provided in the box. I was able to get 100Hz by going into the advanced display settings and selecting the 100Hz refresh rate. Hope this helps.

I wish the color of the stand was silver and not white. It would be the perfect allround monitor for me (100 Hz, good speakers). All other Dell models in similar price range have the silver stand but no speakers and not 100 Hz.

Buy a can of MATT SILVER spray paint, colour it and let it dry for 24 hours.

I believe so. I am not finding anything that would say it wouldn't work. Also, we make a version of Dell Display Manage for MAC (and it is free).

Thank you for review. I am using it but I cant see any options other than 60Hz on my mac and thinkpad when I connected to this monitor. Do you have any idea why? My HDMI is capable of 2K 144 Hz.
