have similar issues; except my lower back pain is likely from degenerative discs, related to low serum calcium and low vitamin d3. recently read calcium from eggshell was more easily assimilated by the body and no side effects. so i mix this in some buttermilk and magnesium powder, and take some b1 and d3. b6 and manganese in a glass of milk is great for herniated discs in the lower back pain. we need that calcium, which is a natural pain killer. my lower back pain has improved immensely. for the past 2yrs, i am sleeping on a physical therapy table, rather than a mattress. i threw away a tempupedic because it was killing my back; i have slept on the floor on a pile of blankets, i have slept on a lawn chair. great to know serta has something with support, but not surprised it hurts to lay on it. . i think i might try this topper and it could make a big improvement in my sleep.

Thanks for your review. I also suffer lower back pain and need something that supports me but also need my hips to be supported with it being soft enough to relieve pressure points hips etc? Is this topper for me?

why is the quality so poor in this video 240p, why not 1080p at least? Most of this is very blurry. How much do you weigh? I see it matters according to reviews I found online. And what about cooling? Does it keep you really cool? Do you have overheating problems too? What does this topper do to correct that? What's the difference between a plus and premium topper? My bed when I bought it a few months ago was really comfortable in the store, but later I found that it only cradles my body in one position otherwise it is too firm for my liking. So I’m wondering how the premium mattress topper will make my bed more soft and supportive, or will it?
