It's IMAGIN AIR eeUM like aquarium :) That's a cool idea for a book so that you can pick and choose the different looks so the monster you create is more unique.

For the neck on my TOFT monsters and dolls , I use the yarn doubled and when you see on the arms firmly , it helps support the hed. Your monster is great 👍! I made Bella and Ferne in so on 3mm.

Fun way to lay the book out. I don't think I've ever seen one before that was sectioned in that manner. I thought Medusa hair lol. Your first one came out fun. Yeah, I've never found that amigurimi goes quickly.

Hi 😊 I’ve been watching your channel for a while now but now sure if I’ve commented before…I have this book and absolutely love it - I think it’s 12 monsters I have made so far! I really love the one you made, the crazy hair is fantastic!! I struggle with amigurumi at the moment due to rheumatoid arthritis, but found this style of book really addictive and book her dolls book too!

Really interesting! I think you did a great job and the sparkle yrn is so spacey and alien-ish. I thought of getting the book but I wondered if I’d use it after making a couple or few for my kids and perhaps relatives. Seems like it would be a perfect library book.

The traveling yarn row marker works better for me! Also the best tip I found from a crafter was-finish the face first, and get it just right, and you will love finishing the project!

Love your monster Summer! I have done a few Kerry Lord patterns, a crab and a duck ! I believe Edward is her son who she makes all the toys for. The yarn she uses (Toft) is her own company, very expensive but beautiful! She does some helpful KZbin tutorials if you search under Toft.

For heavens sake! I have this book and have made 2 monsters (one for each of my minis) and I could not grasp how the love their heads were supposed to be supported ... I did not know there was a UK terminology and a US terminology!!! I did it in dc instead of SC hahaha to be fair I'm newer to crochet so I'd only been crocheting for about six months and that was about a year ago.

Wait... UK and USA? Which format is this book in??

What an Awesome Good Review Summer!!!😃 Wow, I saw this book before, didn't think it was SO FUN, and so well done and complete! I mean for 20-30 $ I suppose ( I didn't check...) , you may have TONS of Originals patterns!!! You really succeed in your try for this amigurumi! It look fantastic! And you're gonna see each of yours kids a "creature " coming from his/her personal imagination, isn't it that neat?!!🤩 You should review amigurumis more often.First, because I trust your judgment, and also because I know you're not shy to say what you really think. Your just like Crystal from Bag O Days when she review yarns, we know that we are gonna have her real honest opinion.Even if I agree or not,( maybe I don't have the same taste, or same goals etc ) it still give me the best opinion on something I 'm looking to purchase.....So please do it again Summer, there is tons of amigurumis books.. 😃 nb : Bonus , if you do it, it will be a GOOD excuse to buy new books for you!!!!😉🤣 thank you for this cool video.

Hey 😁 I’m in the middle of making my own monster but I can’t seem to grasp the first arm (A1) the pattern doesn’t make sense 😅 can someone tell me where I went wrong? It says to chain 12 and slip stitch to join into a circle and crochet 20 rows, but then I have to crochet 6 and then crochet 2 into one stitch 6 times….but I have 12 stitches 😅 is the pattern wrong or is it just me? Any help is appreciated 😁
@Puella63 Жыл бұрын
You have 12 stitches; you crochet 6; 6 remain: you crochet 2 in each of these 6. At the end you’ll have 18.
