Can you extend more the output tray in order to prevent pages to fell to the floor?

Yes, there is a piece on the light grey part where the paper comes out that pulls out and that piece has a flap that pops up to prevent any papers from falling to the floor.

Only thing I dislike about this printer is it goes to sleep and you sit and wait for it to wake up and print your document. So I do not like the eco mode. Apparently eco mode can be turned off but I can't see how you can do it on this model.

I agree, it does take it a little while to wake up and sync to what you are trying to print from, but it hasn't been long enough to bother me. I will check and see if I can figure out how to turn off the eco mode if it is possible

This printer is garbage. It will stall, it will tell you it needs paper when it does not. It will tell you the door is open when it is not. I was told there was an issue with this product and it would be replaced. After several very long calls and "can you please hold while I speak to my supervisor" I received an email that the "ticket was closed". Nice work HP never again.

I haven't had any of those issues with this one at all. I've had nothing but hp printers and laptops for over 15 years and customer service has always been amazing the few times I needed them. What was the resolution of your ticket? It's possible they sent you the replacement and then the ticket would be closed. If not, return it to where you bought it, it should still be under warranty.

@@midnightrose1982 They would not take it back without the box. This printer seems to think that it needs pape, every time I try to print. I need to go to settings and troubleshoot to print every time I print. I spent hours on the phone with Hp when I purchased this. Frankly, hp customer service was more frustrating than the terrible printer. I will move on to another brand.
