Just bought same exact model to replace my beloved 15 year old completely rusted out Ducane. While not as well built as the $700 predecessor, it's a nice little grill. If you can still find one for $199, pick it up.

It’s probably one of two things. Either the battery is bad or the battery is in backwards. My home depot installers installed it wrong. Just turn the lighting button like you would a door handle and it pops right out

No clicking sound means to battery power. Either it not in there or installed backwards. Enjoy

I bought this from Home Depot in Chandler for 199. The top lid gets hot while cooking. Its not double walled to keep cool..
