The Arksen 28 is one of the latest models in the Adventure Series, designed to get you outdoors and into the wild. This vessel is a perfect day boat for those who want to be driven by their own schedule, not by the weather. Set off with the exceptional seakeeping aluminium deep-V hull, that makes for a safe and stable ride, the 360 views from the saloon and helm station provides panoramic views on the way to and at anchor in your chosen destination.

whats the difference between xo boats and arksen boats? it seems they share the xo explore 9 and 10 hulls, but arksen boats are better appointed compared to xo boats, which come off a bit more simple/utilitarian in nature. are there any other big differences? really love the design of the 28, super cool boat!

Thank you! Yes, and well spotted! We work with XO to take the existing incredibly capable platform, make some modification to the hull and layout and combined it with an elevated specification and interior fit-out much like that of our larger explorer vessels. Modifications include upgrading the 30 from Category C to Category B, and changing the layouts to make them more sociable. We have upgraded hardware and custom handrails, and roof racks. The high-level standard specification includes new solid sponson and side fenders, thrusters, windlass, Arksen heated helm seats, shore power, and hot/cold water. We even increased the depth of the cushions for a more luxurious feel. The interior comes in a choice of three great colour schemes. We wanted to produce a boat that is fit for adventure and ready to go with the base spec. For a full spec, let me know your email, and James will drop you the spec sheet.

These videos could do with some quick specs thrown in. LOA, BEAM, DRAFT, TANKAGE, ECONOMY/RANGE etc … cheers.
