Hard to say, I’m not familiar with the trunk size of a Prius. It fits in the back of our van with the back seats up, so it’s definitely slim enough, it’s the width/length I’m not sure of. I’d check the Amazon listing for the product dimensions then measure your trunk to see if it will!
