Review of the BigIDesign Ti ARTO Pen

BigIDesign is a young company in USA and they make a lot of different small items, primarily from titanium. The Ti ARTO pen is something that makes so much sense - why wasn't a pen like this invented a LONG time ago. It will accept just about ANY ink refill and it will hold on to that refill so that it will NOT wiggle during use. Such a simple idea and FLAWLESS execution.

Great video as always. Gonna have to save up to get one of these. I've never spent more than $10 on a pen before, but being able to use almost any refill is pretty cool.

Yes, that is cool, and since it is Titanium it will last our lifetimes very easily, as long as we don't loose them.

Really like the pen and the idea to put that dremel-like chuck in the pen and make it versatile to use with all kind of pen refills. Really don't like they have made that clip dissembling tool of titanium too which made the cost of a pretty expensive pen even higher. Simple steel would do the same job but they wanted everything to look fancy. Nice man toy though

I was surprised too that the tool would be made of titanium, I am sure they used the lowest grade they could get but your point still holds.

The tool is made of steel, not titanium. Same goes for the keyring you use with the tool. The only titanium in the set is the pen itself.
