Very informative review. I recently purchased the No.2 in Magic Black. The most comfortable boot I have ever worn. I hope they hold up, I can tell the soft leather will definitely hold a few more wrinkles than most other boots.

I went through a cowboy boot phase some years ago, wearing my Nocona's almost every single day for over a decade. They felt good, looked good, and I bet a little more care would have doubled their lifespan or more. Chisos send to be the best Western boots out there these days. And i know what you mean: first time I put them on I felt 12 feet tall. Manly.

I’m planning on getting these in Ostrich for my birthday in January, I love my Chisos.

Yah, these are on my radar if/when I ever decide to pull the trigger on a cowboy boot; a Facebook group cites some issues with sizing (as well as folks selling almost new pairs because they don't fit quite right) issues but people really love these boots.

I have the brown version of these boots. They are well built and comfortable.

Great review. Thank you. I got a bunch of PNW boots and I love them. They feel like tanks and make feel stronger , hahaha! I have Luccheses but they are too snug. These Chisos seem to be the PNW of western boots.

Really enjoyed the video...at 600 dollars (plus taxes and shipping), they are a little rich for my blood, but if I was buying cowboy boots these look like the brand to go for.

The leather of the shafts looks like it was tumbled. Could this be why it is softer?
@BootlosophyАй бұрын
@@ludwigkhoury6813 I don’t believe it’s been tumbled. I believe it’s from the lower part of the hide which is softer

Yeah, they're pretty, but I don't know about real range work usage still. etc.

I don't know if Tony Lama still has any type that I like, but Ariat does too much synthetic parts instead of leather usually.
