Smart design. You’re not going to hit 30Hz on a motorcycle, so why buy a traditional subwoofer. This will slam from 40-100 hz in a saddle bag. It’s specifically engineered for that application.

I was in Downtown Portland the other day on a Saturday and saw a Harley Blasting his tunes. His Mid-Bass however was from the Pipes. Sounded nice and clear. If Only he had the Bass in those Saddle Bags.

I am seriously curious about this. 500 watts RMS per speaker would be amazing and outrageous, outfucking standing if they produce good quality sound as well instead of just screaming static shitty noise like Sundown. Yes i fucking said it. Typed it. Whatever. These would be as UNDERpriced as the D4S JP10.4 is if it really does supply that much power and pickup and transmit signals correctly. My only point of performance contention being that the CMB10s aren't really Midbass so much as Subwoofers, just hit lower than DS18, about the same as Pioneers, and the CMB8s would be almost nice if they hit to 4khz. Outfucking standing if they hit 6khz, even if it was at 300 watts instead of 500. But thats what I get for attempting to replicate Morel/JL Audio 3 way set ups with SPL/crazy loud brands or items like the RF 10 Punch Pro. Probably shouldn't attempt sound quality with SPL/etc brands. The CM6.5/8s however are perfectly acceptable as crossover mids between the Woofers and Tweeters. Really nice.
